Here’s my experience in bullet points: -it took 8 hours. -we he got home there was a tick on him. -my dog was drugged without any notification or consent. Granted, he looked great. But at what cost. We won’t be going back.

Friendly staff. Nice job with the grooming. Bardstown Road parking without a dedicated lot but was able to find a spot easily enough with our later in the day appointment. Waiting room/reception area is nicely done though without air conditioning —-but they will phone you when your pup is ready. Very nice manner with the animals. Not forcing or stressing the dogs which we appreciate. No canine perfumes or bandannas, which seems more natural. Just smelled and felt clean after their grooming. Typically priced.

I took my very dirty hairy Australia shepherd to James and warned him that my dog try’s to bite when being groomed. When I came back to pick up my dog he was not even interested in leaving the shop!! He was perfectly groomed and very very happy. It’s nothing short of a miracle!!! I will never go anywhere else for dog grooming again!!

A Cut Above is great! 1. I brought my girl Sweetie, who was VERY stinky from being in the mud, to get groomed and they did an AMAZING job. She smells wonderful and is so soft now. 2. They always reply quickly to messenger when setting appointments. 3. They have a great location in the highlands very close to my apartment and school! I will definitely come back regularly.
