Wow! Tower in the Sky!! This was my first time stopping into the Tower since the last time I was home. You can see it from miles away as you enter the City standing out amongst the Skyscrapers. The public park is lovely which is through the Transit Building. If you have time as your walking around downtown stop in and take some pics. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it is.

I was lucky enough to get a reservation to the top of the Salesforce Tower with no fog that day. The views were incredible! The line in the lobby took about 15 minutes to get our wristbands and head through security. Once past security, you go straight to the Ohana floor where you get a 360 view of San Francisco. I was a little disappointed they didn't really have any tour or info about the building. But, the view alone is worth 5 stars.

They started opening the observation floor around mid 2019. You must register to get invited. I registered around August 2019 and didn't get my invite until Feb 2020. But it was a spectacular view!!!

They added tours for visiting the tower but you need to register for them and currently they are sold out until March. The only other way in is if you know an employee.

Does Saleforce Tower now (6/2022) offer group tours to view the gardens. What are steps to reserve? Is there someone/docent that gives introduction/explanations? Maximum size of group?

If you are talking about the Salesforce park, it’s open to the public and is separate from the tower. To go inside to tower, an employee has to invite you.
