I really appreciate the concierge for their helps (especially Matthew, he’s very passionate about his job) . Not only they look after us for our safety, they are also in charge of helping the residents like getting us dolly/hand trucks, holding the door for us, getting the elevators for us, etc. They even memorize/know all residents so they are alert of the strangers coming in (asking them to sign in when they go up). I love living in this building because of all the nice staffs here =]

Fantastic building. The front desk concierges are super friendly and ensured a very convenient stay. The building has stunning views and great amenities and 24 hours of available service.

Been here for a week. Apartment overall is great so far. Staff is amazing, feels safe, clean. Modern amenities. But the package system is an absolute mess. And package delivery is such a frequent part of everyday life. I'd rather have subpar amenities but a nice package system. It takes me 10-30 minutes to find my packages sometimes. My last apartment used Amazon Locker and it worked beautifully. I don't know why this apartment is going with Hello Package. I get a lot of packages, and it scares me thinking of how much time I'll waste trying to find my package in the messy system. Again, staff is amazing, apartment is clean and well managed. Package system absolutely needs to be changed.

Can’t say enough good things about living here, love my apartment, and neighbors, and especially the team that runs the building! Mike the Maintenance Supervisor is so hands on and responsive, he gives the best service. Josh and Alex are awesome! Danielle in the office is so friendly. Will be staying here for a long time!

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new home, we’ll help you transfer to a comparable home within the same community, or you can choose to break your lease penalty-free within the first 30 days of move-in. Some restrictions may apply.
