Decent enough pizza. Would be nice if they didn't outsource the phone operators to India. They should speak English as their first language. The process would go much smoother.

So.....ordered pizza about 40 mins ago, tracker says its in the 'prep' stage. Very frustrated. I had also been on hold for a little bit with the local store. Compounded frustration. The young woman that finally got a second to answer the phone was very polite, heard my concerns, and addressed them in a professional, sympathetic way. She was the only in-store employee doing her best, with one driver, to deliver fresh, hot , quality pizza to her customers. This woman deserves a RAISE!!!! I have ways loved my local domino's!!! Even more so now.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Shame on you, google, for screwing with my most truthful opinion. I order online, delivery- two medium pizzas and their brownie/cookie hybrid. Two hours later, I’m on hold with the store for over 10 minutes, and I decide to drive to the store. They are still working (4 employees hovering over a register, I guess that’s working), but they have the door locked and I am standing out the cold, fuming. Finally, a scared-looking employee comes to the door to ask if I am picking up. I reply that I actually was waiting for a delivery from 2 hours ago, and I’d like to speak with a manager. He promises she’ll be right out. Of course, she is not. Eventually someone lets me in, and I ask for my order, no less than three times before she (manager) understands what I’m asking. I tell her my order has been sitting over an hour and I want to check the pizzas before I leave. She immediately claims they haven’t (BS!), and the tracker lies. Good information for all of you Dominos regulars out there! The pizzas are not correct, they are very lukewarm, and the cheese is congealed, as though it’s been sitting for over an hour (no…couldn’t possibly be…). I ask if she is authorized to issue a refund and am met with a very hostile “Well, why would you need a refund?” Ummm…I just told you my pizzas aren’t right and they are old and cold. She shrugs it off. Needless to say…don’t go here. Just go anywhere else. Service still matters!! I understand staffing is poor everywhere, but that does not justify this level of service and this level of work ethic.

I ordered a sausage pizza online. Well done with extra sausage. When the pizza arrived, it literally had zero sausage. I called and the GM was really nice and got me a replacement started right away. It arrived to my hotel fast. When I opened it up, it's literally covered across the board in sausage to the point it's pretty much inedible. I called back and the GM was really nice and is going to comp my order the next time im in town, but this is crazy. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the customer service was absolutely awesome, but the food absolutely sucked. The second pizza seems like they were literally mocking me for complaining about the toppings they forgot on the first pizza. I've attached pictures to show you I'm not exaggerating.
