I don't eat at White Castle often, but I had the craving. I love them, they just don't love me back. The food was what I hoped for and the staff was great. The lady at the drive-thru joked around and seemed like she was actually having fun at work. The drive-thru was a bit slow, but that's pretty typical anywhere nowadays.

The 1921 burgers are a must try! The smokes cheddar makes it taste like it was cooked over a campfire. It's delicious. Of course my big red was on point. And the sliders were good as usual.

Terribly slow they obviously don’t care about drive they times. It seems they have a hard time getting it together! Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me and the frustrating part is I pre ordered. Won’t come again they are to slow.

I had an incident one night at the restaurant that I wasn't very happy with and I got on their website and filled out a survey about it and the very next morning I had received a voicemail from the manager at that location, Samantha, and she was apologizing for the inconvenience and that there would be compensation for the mishap. About a week later I received a gift card from the main office. I was extremely happy with the way this situation was handled. I have never had such a quick and pleasant response to a situation with a restaurant. Thank you Samantha for being a wonderful manager!
