They brought the pizza to the wrong hotel 2time with 2 different drivers one would not answer his phone they said the weren't coming back out but I see a driver after I was told that won't order from tem again

Placed my order at 8:39. It's 10:42, it says they're making it but the stores closed and they won't answer the phone. At this point I assume it's not coming, even if it does, I'm getting something else to eat.

I use to love pizza hut. But I ordered tonight and the crust on stuffed crust pizza was horrible. No taste and most importantly like cardboard. We also got a box with deep dish pizza bread sticks and cinnamon sticks pizza was ok but the sticks were also awful. I dont know if it was an off night or this is the new normal. For $34 I expected better.

I love pizza hut and will order again, but this order was not their best. The wait time was over 30 minutes. When I arrived at that time, they were just putting them in the over and asked me to come back in 10-15 more minutes. So I waited in my car almost 50 minutes for the pizzas. Our pizzas were good, but a little over cooked and the crusts were tough. But I understand most places are under staffed right now and gave them the benefit of the doubt.
