Brea Towing

Used Brea towing through AAA 8/11 and 8/12. On Thursday 8/11 the tow truck driver Luis (short big guy with small pants on) Showed up after I waited over one hour for him to tell me that he couldn't tow my car because I was not on the insurance. I had my insurance card and Drivers license but he said he needed to speak with Joey the card holder. I do not know a Joey so he had no idea what he was talking about. After waiting over one hour for him he wanted to stand outside and argue with me about my insurance policy. I called AAA and they confirmed it but that was not enough for him. He left and I made another call to AAA and they said Brea towing would be 45 minutes and 2 hours later no call or ETA. I tried calling the shop repeatedly and no answer. I called the number back that they called me from to confirm I needed a tow and they kept hanging up on me. ( a female) This morning 8/12 AAA sent out Brea towing again and it was another mess. I needed to pay for 7 miles of towing because AAA only covers 7 and the trip was 14 miles. Not a problem but they never gave me a price or invoice. The driver said he could take my card. I was not comfortable with that and offered to go into the shop and pay but they said NO. Joey (very unprofessional) called from Brea towing on speaker phone asking me for payment. I was not refusing to pay but again he never stated how much they were charging me just wanted my card number. He wanted me to read my credit card number out loud over speaker phone with a bunch of other people in the shop. They are not professional what so ever. He claimed I never had a service call from Luis on 8/11. He called asking me are you gonna pay or what. My car was literally half on the ramp of the tow truck. Had they been more professional they would have called me ahead of time confirming the cost and form of payment in a more private way. You need really work on being professional and getting organized and work on communication.

Scheduled them through aaa and waited 3 hours for them to never show up. Tried calling just got voice-mail at thier dispatch. Called AAA to find out they lied and said no one was at business. They never attempted to call me or the business once. I filed a complaint with AAA they should stop using them. Horrible company.

Aziz was patient and provided the best service possible when towing my fathers truck. He was very communicative calling with ETA, when he arrived and after dropping off. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service!

Called Triple AAA for towing at 8:04 pm, they dispatched this company. An hour and a half later I had to call them for ETA - the office girls hung up on me twice, I ended up calling my sister to come jump start my car. Brea Towing never called/never showed up. Horrible service, will call Triple AAA today to let them know they contracted an unreliable company.
