So first off I wanna say all these bad reviews are from over zealous stuffy head people that probably belong staying at the Hilton across the street, because for the cheap price you pay here it is not as bad as these reviews say. My family and I (myself, husband and 2 children) arrived at this hotel In mid November of 2021. We had relocated to Indiana from Arizona and when we arrived here we had nowhere to go. When I first checked in to this hotel I was greeted by the most sweetest woman I had encountered yet upon our arrival in Indiana, Misty the manager was very professional, caring, kind, and just full of overwhelming happy energy. She immediately made me feel welcomed and assured that my family was finally gonna have some much needed rest. Our room was very clean and comfortable and ALL the staff was very accommodating. We ended up having to stay here for about 8 months untill we got on our feet. During those 8 months ALL the staff became very supportive of my family and we're always there to help when needed. The housekeepers here are amazing Erin and Pam are very good at their job and take pride in what they do. All the employees there at this hotel honestly deserve a pat on the back because I have seen ALL of them go out of their way and do the best that they can for their guests. These review's that say otherwise and say the staff is rude? Well y'all belong over at the Hilton where you pay a heck of a lot more. Misty, Tina, Erin, Pam, Laura, Harley y'all keep up the good work and my family owes y'all many thanks. If it wasn't for all of you my family would not be where we are right now. I am currently staying at the Woodspring Suites Louisville/Clarksville in Clarksville, IN. I have issues that is frankly unacceptable and is not being resolved at any meaningful level here locally at the facility. I am the sponsor of a high school speech/debate program. We are in town for a National Tournament which is taking place in Louisville. Since the first day, there has been a lack of communication from the staff here regarding our rooms and reservation, but today was egregiously unacceptable. After competing all day, since the early morning, we arrive back for one room of my competitors to look like a complete disaster. The headboard is off the wall and thrown onto the bed, which itself looks turned over with it and the frame dragged to the middle of the room. All of their possessions had been displaced and tossed about. It looked frankly like the room had been broken into and torn apart, which is what I initially presumed. I went to the front desk to report that I thought our room had been broken into. The desk worker made a call to someone (I'm not sure who, I was not permitted to talk to them), and said that their room had been painted. This was a shock to us, as there was NO communication and NO notice whatsoever that their room would be entered to have the walls painted. They said it was because it had to be 'up to code'. I am not sure what code this is, and if it was an issue, why we were booked into a room that was going to be painted soon. I am also curious why it is for some reason acceptable to not notify your guests in any way shape or form that their room will be entered, leaving us to find out our own answers after having to track them down at 9:30PM. I am curious why it is apparently acceptable to do all of this and then not even have the courtesy to put anything back in its place. All the outlet covers are off (my competitor is also missing an outlet port which is a nice touch), the bed frame is off the wall atop the mattress, which itself has dirt and grime covered linens on the bedding and pillows. I would like to know if the expectation was for them to get cozy in the dirt-soiled bedding with the fumes of paint wafting throughout the room. There is also honestly so much more tiny but additionally unprofessional aspects to this experience that it is incredibly easy for me to say that this is the most atrocious experience I have ever had with a hotel BY FAR. We paid for 5 rooms for a week (it was supposed to be 4, but wouldn't you know that our reservation was modified without any consent/notice, as I only found out at the end of a 10 and a half hour drive from across the country?), and I would have paid twice as much if it meant avoiding this experience.

This is the single worst hotel I've ever stayed at they painted our room in the middle of our stay left it a mess took belongings and overbooked. Customers are treated as if they are in the wrong and are threatened instead of helped.

As long as you have daily or weekly funds. It's a very nice place to stay. Whether you are homeless, displacement due to Fire or flood. You have a kitchen and 2 double beds which are very comfortable. Staff and residents are friendly and hospitable.
