A recruiter by the name of Max Diaz reached out to me. Presented a job with Amazon , I provided references, and was told to prepare for an interview. I never got an update whether or not I would proceed to the interviewing stage. I’ve sent follow ups twice via email and text. I was ignored and just left wondering what happened. I would suggest the recruiters to have better communication and not be afraid to be fully transparent to candidates.

Cold called me to offer a job. Made me go through the whole background check process. Told me they were sure I would be hired and that I should put in my two weeks notice at my current employer before background check was done. I refused to quit my current job before I had a start date. After they had already given me a start date their client demanded a second, third-party background check which they botched terribly and blamed me for. Insight Global's recruiter told me they were sure I would be hired anyway and that they would call me the next day to confirm my start date. I did not hear from them for another two days, and when I called on the third day the recruiter refused to take my call. They also did not return emails or texts. A week later the only contact I got was an email from their client's third party background check service informing me I had not been selected for hire. I'm very lucky I refused to put in notice at my current employer because if I had, I would have been unemployed right now.

Got contacted by zach for a field operator role in California , the job pays very well but its 100% travel. i had so many questions about the position and the recruiter stayed with me on the phone for an hour to answer all the questions. i have made alot of research about the company and found out that they have jobs with major tech companies. this is a once in a life time job.
