Horrible service The boy with the long hair gives horrible service. He acts like he doesn't know what you're talking about and all the time I go to this store it looks like he's tired. They should train him, he says that he doesn't have what you ask for and if you ask someone else, they do have it.

I have always recommended our customers to General Plumbing for assorted parts after we finished our work on their tubs and shower stalls. Then I went there for my own project, only for them to be cantankerously puzzled and dismissive over what ended up being a 40 cent plumbing piece at the local ACE hardware. This honestly gives me reluctance to continue recommending them instead of the high school age girl at ACE that is apparently more familiar with home repairs.

A plumbing supply company for professionals. Yes they will assist any retail consumer that has a need for their extensive selection but it really seems to be a store of plumbers selling to plumbers. If you don't want know what you're looking for be sure to bring in the broken part and they'll have a much easier time helping you find the correct replacement. They helped me with some warranty replacement parts and I was impressed with their efficiency and professionalism in getting me the parts and processing the paperwork. It saved me from having to pay approximately $500 for the water heater parts and then wait for a refund. They made sure I didn't have to spend a penny that day.

When it comes to selling a product they're good. But, when you call to check the status of an order.. Because it's much later than what you were told..all the customer service goes out the window. There's a lot to be desired in that department .. Not to mention the guy they have working in will call.. Very rude and impatient.
