I was a partner for a year and spent a considerable amount of money with Yext. I was assigned a new account Manager a few days before my contract was set to auto-renew (30 days notice) . The new account manager never contacted me, and when I finally called to cancel he said I was past my 30 day time period, so even before my contract renews, they will not let me cancel and are holding me for a minimum commitment for another year. Is this how you keep customers, by making them do business when they don't want to? I fulfilled my minimum commitment 3 fold, and tried to cancel 2 weeks before my contract is over, yet you won't budge. BEWARE of YEXT!

I give them the most hated business badge. I tried to do a Yahoo Business listing (they handle Yahoo Listing) and spent more than 45 minutes with no results. After finding the page, I tried to complete the list, and it wouldn't let me submit. It displays an error message with NO explanations.
