This place has been a nightmare from the beginning. Very apathetic customer service with little care for whether or not we remain customers. We are renting 3 units. They charged us $39 late fee for a $15 unpaid fee for insurance that we cancelled. They are hardly ever in the office and when they are they act like they are doing you a favor by being there. We are pulling our items from there and will never recommend or return to public storage again. The guy who is usually "there" goes by Blue. This is the one at 11575 New Halls Ferry in Florissant, just in case there is any misunderstanding. Other locations may be great and have awesome customer service, but I'd strongly caution against using this one, and we are unwilling to take the risk at any other location for fear we'll just be back in the same boat. Life Storage and/or Extra Space Storage, we've heard great things about you. You're about to get the business Public Storage obviously doesn't want.
