Back in the smaller town I used to live in my goto store was Fricks, but since I have moved it has become Schnucks for a couple of reasons. 1) It has some familiarity to Fricks and I did go to Schnucks every now and then when I did live back in this smaller town. 2) Having an instore meat department, not just a deli, to where you can get fresh, or at least fresher, meat rather than it all being prepackaged from a factory or processing plant is nice. 3) It's not Walmart

Good variety. I don't care for how the checkout lines are configured in this location. It feels a bit congested and FEMA camp'ish. I wonder if other supermarkets are similar. ALDI has a much more accommodating feeling to the experience. To be a more upscale grocery, you should do better.

I love the Schnucks rewards, and I will save then for the right time where I get my entire order free. Usually about 20 bucks but hey, that feels good. I usually find everything I need, and their greens are nice and fresh. Always a good experience.
