Hire more workers because its getting ridiculous. I ordered a medium pizza with cheese dip and bread twist. There is no reason that it should take longer than 50 minutes to complete an order like that. I ordered my food at 8:52 PM and its now 10:41 PM and I STILL haven’t received my food! I called them about 30 minutes ago and they said that they only have ONE driver. Okay I get it, you’re understaffed, but can you NOTIFY customers of that instead of letting us wait hours for a pizza?! Theres no reason I should be waiting 2 hours for a simple order like this. My food is probably going to be freezing now. Its a random Tuesday night, not a super bowl Sunday, speed it up. Update: It’s 11:13 PM and I still haven’t received my order. They close at 12.

I REALLY wish I could give less stars but 1 it is. My family ordered pizza tonight and after an hour we called to find out where the food was and we’re told it would be another 35 minutes before it even got to us. This location is slow and the service is routinely bad- we canceled the order and asked for a full refund because I’m sorry but it shouldn’t take an hour and fourth minutes to get some pizza on a Tuesday night!

Service has truly declined. You can never get anyone to answer the phones and if they do they will leave you on holdand never return. There are a lot of new faces. Staff is usually arguing in front of customers when ever I come in to place an order. They need to train the staff on professionalism and customer service.
