Left here 1:31am shower and dirty and not clean told him about it still wasn't clean or right guy Open doors it wasn't clean sanitize. Have to many diseases out here not take this seriously . Hair sink tissue in toilet and shower look lol ike someone came out. Not please on break

Signed up for shower, but for some reason app discounted my shower so i went to ask if they could put me back in my place and they just basically shrugged and said no even though i know for sure they could , they just didnt want to deal with it very bad service i dont know about anybody else but i dont have time just to wait and waste my time. They didnt care about my time this is a very bad store to go to

Can't even provide the bare essentials during the remodel. No soap in the men's bathroom, hasn't been cleaned, only 1 cashier and 10+ people in line, and absolutely 0 food options unless you want to wait 45min at Denny's. I'll keep driving and buy my stuff at the next truck stop.

Parking lot is big and lots of semi and bob tail.. The inside however.. I Went into this place twice. The night time there was blood splatter on the wall in the women's bathroom. There was no toliet paper or paper towels there was trash on the floor.. I guess no one ever checks these. I didn't go back to check if it was there when I used the bathroom the second time (I used the drivers side) but decided I wanted something to drink and found these while checking out how empty this cooler it. I can only hope it's being cleaned but I don't know about that. There was food still in there. Gross! I understand staff shortage and blah blah blah but when there are 3 people standing around talking with a line full of people it's time to reevaluate the staff. Maybe have more guidance on cleaning procedures. I travel quite a bit and this is one of the worst Flying J's I have seen on the inside..
