I found a cellphone this evening upon boarding the #11 brown shuttle. I gave it to the bus driver. So hopefully whomever is missing their phone goes into the mct office to get it back. Most of these drivers are polite and courteous while others say nothing. But overall no major complaints

If you're talking about downtown, yes it is. If you're talking about on Tolle Rd, it's back on regular route there

No only a couple days a year we don't run

Question , getting on shuttle#2 and transfer in to cross country#4 buses. Does one have to pay the usual fare for both buses or just the first bus and get a transfer to the second.

You can pay $3 and get a regional pass it's good for 2 hours, that will allow you to board the four and travel to Edwardsville,Alton, Emerson park within them 2 hours.
