I lived here 6 years. Used to be a good place to live. Not anymore. The management has big issues. The trailers they own, they wont maintenance. Tarps on roofs. Trash everywhere because they charge $50 for any bag that wont fit in your can. They say they own the trees, until one hits your house. Typical slumlords. Sad to see this place become what it is now.

They have houses for sale or rent but the rentals wont be available until next year and every house in my budget thats STILL ON THE SITE is already sold...got my hopes up for literally nothing...

This places surprises me tbry have many homes for sale but they want a lot for themtheur pad rental is high but they are. Ot as lucky as most mobile home parks. They do not expect your credit to be perfect as bad they as re lenient about the the yard. Not sure if that is good or bad. But they do not make owners control their animals. That's the reason I was there to look at s home that was for sale, I drove around the whole place so e parts of the community are extreme we kept and others are lacking Even the ok best were the yards and trash was are better than the ones in the area not going to mention any names.

You have base rent, trash and sewer thrown on and that's lot rent.
$595 on the lake, $550 not on the lake.
If it's a lake lot it 10 to 20 dollars higher than a non lake lot. Current lot rents are $520 for non lake lots, they are going up again in January.
It's not trashy. It's actually one of the cleaner trailer parks I've seen. Howevee there are some trashy folk that do live there.
