Been here for years, a few of the rules i.e. pet size and pool options are not to my liking but after, 6 years, never had any issues from neighbors. Financed us and we paid it off, now we just pay the lit rent and it is extremely reasonable imo.

Lot rent I pay is 309.00 and 332.00 for mortgage I pay my own water and lights ..property taxes

I believe lot rent and utilities depends on which trailer and yes you have to mow your own lawn unless you want to pay someone who is willing
They always have them for sale. Its like a rent to own which can be helpful but be careful they may look nice but some may have hidden problems
