Issues brought to managementY fall on deaf ears. Thanks, Julie, for reaching out to address these issues. When these issues are resolved, I hope to give this community a 5 Star rating I've been patiently waiting since last summer for the above issues to be addressed. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. There we go again. EMPTY PROMISES. I would like for Julie to contact me again so we can go over these problems in further detail. Will she? I will post IF and when she or someone does UPDATE. Met with management last week. Issues were addressed again, so now I'm waiting for results. I really want to give MY community a 5 star rating. UPDATE. I'm increasing my stars to 4, because, finally, SOME THINGS have improved. There are still issues, but , at least it's an improvement. Thanks, Joe, for taking this seriously. Let's aim for 5 stars. UPDATE. I'm increasing this place to 5 stars. FINALLY, things have improved. I love living here, great neighbors and quiet neighborhood. I recommend if you want a nice quiet place to live, this is it.

why don't you answer the question about the lot rent.
No
Yes, pets are welcomed! Some restrictions do apply, so please speak with the property manager beforehand.
Yes! Although we have regular office hours, we are more than happy to schedule a time outside of those to accommodate all applicants and residents. Please give us a call to schedule.
Yes, this community is very nice and it a great location! We are 5 minutes away from Bellevue Park which has nice playground equipment. The lot sizes are large enough for your family to enjoy time together. Our community also has unique site designs and mature landscaping.
We do have the Metro Link, which is just 5 minutes away.
We do have a separate community right next to Dutch Hollow Village that is for anyone 55 years or older.
Today’s new single-section manufactured homes sell for an average new price of just over $60,000, new multi-sectional homes start just under $80,000, but can start as low as 30,000 while new. The average pre-owned single-section manufactured home sells for about $15,000 and pre-owned multi-section homes average $35,000. Whether new or used, manufactured homes offer a tremendous value in today’s housing market. Depending on the region of the country, construction cost per square foot for a newly manufactured home averages about 10 to 35 percent less than a comparable site-built home, excluding the cost of land.
The water, sewer & curbside trash and yard waste pick-up are all included.
Owners of manufactured homes enjoy the benefits of a single-story floor plan, low maintenance, and top-grade construction. In addition, manufactured homes offer quality living at an affordable price. Residents also enjoy resort-style amenities and a variety of planned social activities and group outings that keep them on the go from dawn until dusk.
Great question, we are 15 minutes away from St. Louis where there are many museums, parks, and many unique shopping opportunities.
A manufactured home is a quality factory built-home that is delivered to a property and set in place. These homes are constructed following the national building code governed by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Quality control, factory inspections, and ideal building conditions ensure that every manufactured home is constructed of the highest quality. The homes are assembled at the factory and are transported in one or more sections to the desired location.

The office is open weekdays around 8a-6p, depending on the day. You can call them to ask about the RV spaces and see if any are available.
Lot rent is 426ish and goes up every year. You buy the trailer and pay rent on the property. Plus pay property tax. Water/sewer and trash included.
I believe close to 470 and growing
I believe the office has that information
