To get an appt or a prescription refill here is an absolute joke. I have to call/message them multiple times each month for my partner’s prescription to be sent to pharmacy. And the amount of times they change appts on him is ridiculous. Worst office I have ever had to deal with

My appointment was rescheduled by Lourdes twice, originally was May 13. After my July appointment I was scheduled for an October 25 appointment and Lourdes rescheduled me for January 4, and I already have a January 6 month recheck scheduled later in January. I don't think Lourdes wants me as a patient anymore.

Generally speaking the staff is quite dedicated and motivated to help the patients, however sometimes things go awry as was the case in my last appointment which I’m quite sure I had the correct time written down and that I got there on time. The people at Lourdes Robinson Street apparently disagree with me in spite of registering and confirming the appointment three times. I waited an hour and 10 minutes hoping to be squeezed into the queue but when I was told that it was probably going to take quite a while longer before I got to see my doctor Ms. Jackson I decided to reschedule. It’s a good thing that I had enough medication to get me through until my next appointment.

They cancelled my appointment and I appeared for services without knowing. The office only called my old phone number. They could have sent me a cancellation card or email to cancel like the appointment card but it did not happen.

By staying home when you or a loved one is ill and washing your hands regularly, you can help keep yourself and your children healthy.
If you think your child has RSV or bronchiolitis, it is important to keep your child hydrated and monitor for fever or shortness of breath. Contact your child’s doctor, who can test for RSV and provide recommendations to keep your child safe at home. If your child’s health situation is serious or life-threatening, go to the nearest ER or call 911.
Respiratory Syncytial Virus, or RSV, may appear like a bad cold to adults. For infants or young children, RSV can cause bronchiolitis -- a virus which causes swelling and an increase in mucus in the airway. This can cause difficulty breathing through their nose and eventually dehydration due to difficulty latching to the breast or bottle for infants. Other symptoms of RSV may include a fever or a very wet sounding cough, which can turn into coughing fits. Those coughing fits can cause a child to gag and potentially vomit.
