The food was good. Service was quick. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Clean tables. Parking was plentiful. Eating outside or inside were available options. I will definitely go back again.

Went here for lunch with my son. My salad was good and the staff was friendly. But I got my son a kid's grilled cheese and they gave me some bread with Mac n cheese on it. Now I haven't been to Panera In a couple years but I remember the grilled cheese as being just that; cheese on grilled bread. I don't know what this is but its definitely something else. I don't know if y'all knew this about kids but they're picky, REALLY picky, and when they want something, they want it to be exactly the way they expect it to be. A kids meal is over $4 and that's a lot to spend on a little sandwich they'll turn their nose up at.

My steak sandwich was bland. They ran out of red onions and didn't offer to replace them with something else. When I asked for some lettuce and tomato to put on the dry, bland sandwich; the employee said it was not included with that sandwich. My wife wanted to take the sandwich back to the counter and ask for our money back. It was very dry. I talked her out of it, and she took the tomato & lettuce off of her sandwich and put it on mine. I think she said she's going to complain to their corporate office. Plus, the hot water for hot tea ran out three times. It's nice to be able to put a little more hot water in your tea when it cools down. When we're sitting near a door/ entrance. Unfortunately, my wife is thinking about cancelling our coffee subscription because of the problems today. The employees are always very nice. I just don't think they see things from the customers point of view.

I place the catering order from this location. It was a very busy time and a lot of places were severely understaffed. But when I picked up my large catering order everything was perfect. The soup was hot the sandwiches were fresh all the condiments and silverware were included. And the staff was so nice to us. I really appreciate the hard work these people put in to make our occasion perfect. I highly recommend this location.
