While looking to purchase furniture and cameras present all around, no one came to help us until I frantically gesture to the cameras for help. Only to have someone come to disappoint us. She lost the sale to a ready to pay customer and it angered me.

Unfortunately this location in Timonium has rude cashiers. Didnt want to help with my order, didnt want to curbside the order and then hung up on me.

I like the store but the older worker that looks like Santa Claus is NOT friendly. He "meddled with" every customer that came in the store with a Black man (Black man by himself, with a young lady, with his mother). I was there for 2 hours and saw 3 confrontations involving him. One man said to him, "everytime I come in this store you follow me." He walked out without buying anything. Another did the same. One guy he called the police on for allegedly shoplifting and I kept hearing the guy say "stop touching me. Don't put your hands on me." I asked the cashier what was his deal and if he's always like this. She said "yes and that nobody likes him." I go to this store frequently but I've never seen him. This store is losing business because of him - IMO he's a liability. And has no people skills.
