Staff turnover is higher than it used to be. New staff is friendly but not nearly as knowledgeable. They really should have done anything to keep the girl who used to work in small pets. She was so well-informed about everything in her department from chameleons to hamsters, she was constantly working on the animals or helping customers, always had a smile on her face, and she really cared about what she did. Every time i went in (up to 3x/week) she'd ask about my animals and every time I had a question, she had an answer.

We go to Petsmart predominantly for grooming. They do a really good job at grooming. Our dog looks terrific and is very happy. We’ve gone to several other groomers and we have had inconsistent results. Petsmart has really good hours for our needs
