Staff were very nice and helpful! Unfortunately, the first room I was given absolutely reeked of smoke and did not appear clean, so I requested a different room. The new room smelled better, but there were stains on the curtains, chipped paint on the walls and cabinets, an even a big cobweb hanging off one corner of the ceiling. All the furniture was very beat up. When I pulled down the sheets to check for bugs there was a big gray stain on the flat sheet, and the bed skirt was filthy on the side facing the window. I didn't feel comfortable staying, but they quickly and easily gave me a refund, so overall no harm done!

I have reviewed many businesses in Google, all were 5 star. This is my first negative review. I booked the hotel months ago using a common travel app. I called directly to the Extended Stay two nights ago to confirm my reservation, all good. I arrived today with kids in tow to check in and was told that they were overbooked and they gave our room to someone else. I confirmed our room two nights ago, and today no room and with very little availability in the area. And, the manager did nothing to help us secure another room at a local hotel. Don't trust their reservation system or ability to make the correct decision!

Positive: Not one thing. Extended stay hotel will never get my business again. Negative: Yes even though the room was clean it still had a smell absout it.

I only gave one star because you had to, to write a review. The first room I was given had Hair all over the shower, second room was ok but i was already grossed out from the first room by then. Fire alarm went off at 3 o’clock in the morning probably because someone was smoking in their room, who knows. Then i could not get back to sleep as someone below me likes to go in and out of their room all night and let’s the door slam shut every time. i will never stay here again. I guess i should’ve known, ya get what you pay for. Lousy place, never again!!!
