This hurts me to have to write but this was not okay, at the 2021 Kansas City Premiere Memorabilia & Card at Harrah's Casino show I left a Pearl white baseball still in the protective UV case for them to have signed by an athlete that could not make it to the event, well when I saw that the money was refunded because the athlete cancelled I wanted to know if I could get my brand new baseball back and I was told that I could at the 2022 show that was hosted in February 2022, not only did MO Sports not make an appearance ( at least not that I could see) no one knew what was going on or even what I was talking about when I was asking about getting my baseball back, finally a guy comes out with a baseball from the back room, it's an older ball, ITS NOT PEARL WHITE, did not get my UV case back, and the ball has some kind of stain on the side panel of the sweet spot that just will not come off. I always enjoyed going to the Kansas City Premiere card show but after all this I am not so sure. When it comes to autograph signings, I challenge others to think about leaving anything with them because you might not get what you left with them if this is how the treat people after they say you will have the chance to pick up the item you left with them. Be very cautious, and while on the topic of the 2021 show, I bought autograph tickets for Whit Merrifield and Alex Gordon, the pens that they had them use, was not a ball point pen like it should have been, it was a blue gel pen and less than two months after the signing the autographs began to bleed, I had to sell the baseballs because I knew it would get worse over time, and if you look at the baseball's that they have for sale on the MO Sports website by the same two guys, you can very easily tell that they had them use the proper pens, so they made sure to have them sign plenty of baseballs for the store's stock pile with the proper pens that won't bleed but for the sold autograph tickets was a totally different story, so for future autograph signings ( If I should choice to go to them) I am going to have to start taking my own pens to make sure I get the proper autograph I paid for, and I can't trust a " Professional business" to understand the difference between a ball point pen vs a gel pen that will bleed over time vs a ball point pen that won't. Be very VERY CAUTIOUS.

Super awesome clerk did everything in his power to make a signing go right, but it still didn't, the owner contacted me got me to the right people and I'm happy with the turnout (still need my Kelce signature in the proper spot) so I can add it to this Dual of Mahomes and Hill

This is one of the best stores I have been to for any sports needs. The owner is amazing, and if he doesn't have something he will find it and get it for you. They have amazing signings all the time so you should like their facebook page to follow-up current stars signings. It seems to be almost every month or so. Also he can get things framed and great prices such as purchasing an autographed picture and then getting it framed.-amazing. Also supporting local business is always better than large chains. Once you come you will realize you have finally found the sports store that nothing else compares to.

Absolutely love this locally owned store! They have an amazing selection for the true Missouri sports fan as they have all your favorite teams right under one roof!! Royals, Chiefs, Sporting, Cardinals, STL Blues, Mavericks (the only place to find gear besides the arena), University of Missouri, Northwest Missouri State, William Jewell, UCM and even the local High Schools, Liberty and Liberty North! They really have a great selection for apparel and memorabilia! Besides being the stop to shop for our fan gear, my family has also been able to make great memories being able to meet and get autographs/pictures with some of our World Series Champions :) All around, great store, great products and helpful staff!
