It couldn’t have been a worse time for my ice maker to quit working. I filled out an online repair request with Able and was received a call back within 30 minutes. Although they had a repairman available the very next day, I had a prior commitment. We set an appointment up for an alternative day. Able tech, Robert Gomez, showed up as promised. I was immediately struck by his polite professionalism. He quickly diagnosed the problem, took time to explain it and what was needed to fix it. He ordered the ice maker replacement over the phone and scheduled the installation for the following day. As promised, he came back the following morning and quickly installed the new ice maker. I’m a very satisfied customer and if I ever have need of appliance service, I will definitely contact Able Appliance Repair and hope Mr. Gomez will be the technician they send to do the work.

We used Abel Appliance Repair for the first time and Nate was the person who came. Nate is very personable and respectful and accurately diagnosed that our refrigerator needed a new seal. When it came in, he came right out and put it in. He thoroughly cleaned up as needed. Nate went above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend him!

We had Jason come out to help repair our refrigerator on 2/11/2022. I was given a large window of time when Jason may be able to arrive, but he called prior to arrival to make sure I was available. Once Jason arrived, he discussed with me the issue, and immediately went in to diagnostic mode. He was able to determine the issue within 5 minutes, at which time he provided a resolution, as well as a cost and time estimate. I agreed to the cost, but he had to go get a part from someone else. He left and was back in 15 minutes, fixed the issue, and got us back up in running in around 35 minutes total. Our refrigerator is now running like new and he saved us a lot of money compared to replacing. I've used the team at Able in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks, Jason!

John B was the Technician who worked with us and I couldn't be more thankful for his expertise and his help. After diagnosing the repair need for our dishwasher we had to work with a Home Warranty company and he went above and beyond to contact them and answer ALL of the questions they had for him.
