Best spot in Kansas City for coffee. I got the iced horchata latte, the only thing I regret is not getting a larger size. They variety they have is incredible. I will return to do a tour( which is only $5) and try out more other drinks!

We did the coffee tour and it was awesome! We tasted and learned both traditional coffee and cold brewing

Five stars for a great coffee shop. Coffee is top drawer. Good service. Menu that will please the savory or sweet palet. If you're anywhere near this place, stop in.

We took a tour of the Roasterie factory as part of our staycation. The tour guide makes the difference! Boston was our tour guide and he was awesome! It was interesting to learn about coffee growing and roasting and the subtle differences things like climate and processing and roasting can make. After driving by Betty on the highway for years, I'm so glad we took the tour. It's easy to take for granted some of our local treasures and the Roasterie is definitely a local treasure.

https://www.theroasterie.com/cafes/factory According to the website Memorial Day isn't one of the holidays for which they close, but I always call to be sure.
Yes across the street is a very big parking lot and on occasion they have a small stage set up in one corner.. with still more than enough room for cars.
Yes, a conservative concrete in font of The Roasterie.
As I remember from a visit a couple of weeks ago there were many organic choices. I don't think all of the beans were organic, but most were organic.
Yes...dogs are welcome. Patios at most locarions
I would perhaps try submitting the question on their website for perhaps a better chance of an official reply if you don't find any other information there.
Sept 1st...its almost here :)
Not sure, visited from out of town, I would check their website
This is a google page that people who have been review not thw owner. If you want a job you need to contact the place themselves and maybe submit a résumé.
It is coffee what more do you need to know? 5 kcal per cup
I would recommend purchasing your own grinder to grind your beans, which you can find at the Roasterie Factory or Target etc.... When you grind beans they lose their freshness very quickly (within minutes). So it is best to do it right before you brew your coffee. In fairness of answering the question, many stores have grinders available to use on request or in the coffee section: Trader Joes, Costco, Hy-Vee comes to mind.
