Is nice and clean but…… it’s not a steak&shake its more like robot type eating not for me Its said to say I will never go back I’m Sure they have lost a lot of older people that feel the same hope one day they go back to the way it was.

As you come in to this establishment you notice how clean it is, then you place your order, the wait wasn't long, & then your number is called. I ordered a steak Burger, with fries, and a vanilla shake. The food was delicious 😋 the meat was nice & tender, the bun was soft & fresh. The staff get your order to you right away. Yes family friendly. 👪 As for the cost of the meal, it depends on what you order. We shall be back 😋

Get 2 fresco melts with extra sauce. I was in drive thru and didn't take a look until I was already down the road. The melts were swimming in sauce. I would estimate 5 or 6 times the normal amount. I have never had a sandwich so blatantly ruined. It was obvious it had to be on purpose. I drove back to store and showed manager and all he had to say was "well you wanted extra". All he had to do was offer new sandwiches. Of course I was irritated at his response. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this store as management could care less.

We ordered and paid online and chose curbside service. We called the number on the sign in the parking space and was told by the man to come inside and pick up our food. My husband's meal was great but mine was missing my side and just ok. We would eat there again but didn't see the point in ordering ahead or curbside if it wasn't being used correctly.
