Yes unless you come in with a member which I think you can do 3 times.
If y'all are accompanied by a member, y'all may be signed in and have a beverage. When the member leaves, y'all must leave also. This is not, can not remain a permanent situation/excuse. Y'all either need to attempt membership or cease and desist. Veterans are given priority. Civilians either need to show a relatives DD214 to apply or move on... giddy up.
