Service staff in the tasting room were very, very good and the wines were generally good. We did buy wine following our tasting. However, the billing method sucks. The winery has decided to bill the customer an extra 7% in addition to whatever they decide to tip, supposedly for the employees' 401k and bonuses. This was not presented until the end of our visit and the written explanation was an attempt at giving the customer a guilt trip if they complained. What!? We just feel nickle-and-dimed to death. Starbucks already tried this approach and the feedback was so strongly negative that it was quickly dropped. Learn from the mistakes of others and drop this quickly! We won't be back, it's just the wrong way to treat your customers.

We loved every minute of our time at Alexandria Nicole Cellars. The flight was perfect and we were tended to by a wonderful host. She gave good information about the wines and contributed to the overall smart fun! Needless to say, we left with 6 bottles of wine and shipped two bottles of sparkling wine to family on Nashville. Thank you for a great time!

Exceptional customer service, and quality of their products. In the $$ - $$$ price range, but reasonable for the product. Not simple to find, but not hard. Located about 100-200 yards after Hogue Cellars. If you found this post to be helpful please consider a thumbs-up.
