My wife and I are currently VERY upset with this pharmacy. We've used Allen's for years but our Dr called in prescriptions for paxlovid, a COVID medication, on Friday and we never received it. I had to call the pharmacy this morning(Monday) to ask about it. I was told that they do not dispense this medication. Why were we not called and informed so that we could get it somewhere else. This could be potentially life saving medication. And I find it completely unacceptable that we were not informed

I have many friends that use Allen Pharmacy. I've not heard of any problems. I finally decided to try Allen Pharmacy since they deliver. The first prescription my doctor called in was at my door in a couple hours. Same thing with prescriptions called in today. Their delivery lady is friendly and professional. As far as prescription transfers from other pharmacies, the jury is still out on that one. I called weeks ago to have all my prescriptions transferred from other pharmacy. I'm getting notices from the other pharmacy that scripts have been filled. 🤦

Do NOT go here. They short you on pills, dont contact your doctor when you need refills so you have to keep up with that. They dont deliver when they’re supposed to and have no sense of urgency when you have a problem with your meds. As of now im without several medications in which I need daily or have complications and I am without. Your a horrible pharmacy.

They are not proactive to communicate with you if there is a tie up in the system with your medication. You think they would at least give you a courtesy call to notify you. Two out of two calls the staff has been rude.

They are usually pretty quick. They just have horrible customer service.
Around 9:30 pm on weeknights for orders placed before 5:00 pm that day. No weekend delivery.
It's just a pharmacy, you can chose to get a filled RX , delivered, or mailed Rx. NO Candy, NO chips, NO sodas-, NO supplies, JUST perscribed meds

They deliver. And same day. But no delivery on Saturday. I believe only pick up. In store until 1pm. Closed completely on Sunday.
If it's not a controlled substance you can just call, but, if it is, you'll need to go in person. If it's not, have your doctor's office call it in, or if you have a prescription that's been filled prior, just call Allen's with the prescription number and they'll refill it. And, even if you don't have the number they can call the last pharmacy you used.
