I used to love coming into Ulta. But the past two years I actually stopped shopping here. Every time I go in, I usually spend well over 100 -200$ on products. And the past two years I have seen so many different people work here. It’s gone down hill. My last experience was the other day for the first time in 2 years. And the last time I was in 2 years ago , Nick in Clinique was treated me like I was stealing and following me.! Mind you ,I am always spending about $100-200 in their so I was pretty offended because I have worked in retail and I know the protocol. I’m also a hairstylist and they have wanted to hire me in the past but I just didn’t feel it was right. Long story short, I came in the other day and the girls were not helpful and it’s just a sad place to go . I used to love the staff back in 2015. Idk what happened but this location has gone downhill/;

Absolutely love going here to get my “self care” in. Ashlyn Watters does my eye brows and it’s an eye brow genius. She is so precise and gentle. I always leave her chair feeling like a queen. Love going to see her, and I will be soon!
