Went to the Sam Ash Torrance to purchase a new guitar pedal. I saw the item I was interested in and reached out to a sales associate. He immediately indicated to me that there was a used pedal (in like new condition), at a substantial difference in price. He was quite knowledgeable about the item. I really appreciated that he help me with a great deal. I would highly recommend the Torrance, CA store.

I bought this Eb Clarinet in 1957, and then lost track of it after I graduated high school. In May of this year, I reconnected with it, and turned to Sam Ash in Torrance to recondition it. They did in a couple of weeks, even after having to order some of the pads because they are so small. It sounds good, and I'm learning again. I know it's not a valuable instrument, but it's mine, and I missed it, and thought I had lost it. Now, I have it again, and I play it every day. I'm pleased with the whole project.

Jacob was an amazing help in ordering a bass directly from the manufacturer. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and provided updates during the long. Definitely see Jacob if you need anything at all, he's a great guy and will set you up with just what you need! The store is well stocked, clean and has a wide variety of picks, strings, straps and even instruments. With everything going on right now it's hard to keep shelves full but at this location they do a great job of keeping things stocked while maintaining a good blend of manufacturers as well.

Their products are lower priced but if you go for a repair, you will find it difficult because they do not have enough technicians and the wait is more than two weeks.
I'm not sure. But assuming that you have a receipt as a proof of purchase then im sure that you can return it. But i would call the store to be sure. I hope this helps.

Doesnt look like they have them, but you can call. Looks like you can get them from amazon though.
It is in the process of moving to a new location in Torrance. Still on Hawthorne Blvd., but farther North. The new location is on Hawthorne Blvd., North of 190th Street on the West side of Hawthorne (across from the South Bay Mini car dealership). As of June 2, 2018 the new Sam Ash hasn't opened, but should open very soon.
