This is a joke of a company. Amazon gives live updates as to where the package is at all times. Yet, they use CEVA to deliver packages. Once my package reached CEVA ... it literally disappeared and I was told by "customer service" it would take 72 hours to update where my package was. Are you kidding? 3 days to find out where a dinning room table went, after it was delivered to CEVA 3 days prior. Guess they don't care.

Worst shipping experience. I took a day off of work so that I could sign for the package. While I was in the delivery window, the driver rescheduled the delivery for the next day. The same thing happened the next day. I took three days off of work for this package that never arrived. Each day I called for help and CEVA said to take another day off of work and try again. I requested a return as I cannot take an endless about if days off of work to sign for a package.

Very good customer service! Took care of my issue and they went out of their way to make sure it was handled correctly (and even fixed a computer error that would have held it up longer).. A+++

Nice people, very friendly and helpful, but what a cluster to get into and of course, they take forever to get you loaded and get you your paperwork. Be sure to have some cash on you, you may need it to thank a yard dog for putting your trailer in a dock, my guy was thankful for just two bottles of water. . Those docks are so tight you can’t back in , unless you’re a yard dog or a day cab.

Ceva has an odd unorganized way to negotiate loads with their drivers. horrible if not the worst. They demand every assurance or insurance coverages they offer to their customers and government fees to be paid by the drivers(contractors) and once those expenses are covered they reserve themselves the right to whom they give the work and won't guarantee if you get daily work nor how much you get paid weekly. They got work but it given to the drivers that buy off the dispatch or ceva's management. So you starve since they don't care to distribute the daily work evenly to every one nor care to check if all their drivers are making enough... Wild west situation to work there man, worst place where to work...🤔
