Never had a problem with this office. The line can be long but the workers are nice. They try to get you in & out, if possible, so you don't have to wait. They will warn you if it's going to be a wait. They are overworked, understaffed, & stressed but still try to lessen the wait for you. Granted, I only go there for food stamp recerts and have mainly dealt with the same woman everytime but the handful of workers I have dealt with are nice. I am glad they opened this office, it's a more convenient location for me.

Rachael does not do her job. This place should have zero stars! They care nothing about their clients! Stay away!!!

Social worker did not do a proper investigation. Did not asked the neglectful parent for a lease or proof of income. Placed the child back in harms way. Situation got so bad that the child ran away and went to the hospital in Boone county to get the help needed. It’s absurd that tax payers money is being used to pay workers that fail to protect children time and time again.
