Great place to visit if you’re in Hollywood and happen to love music. Hand prints of artist at the entrance along with guitars. Huge area to explore from everything you can think of. Awsome time here.

Hi guys. We came here looking for a complete purchase. Instrument, cabin and head. Not sure at all what brand of the head. We came here for a suggestion to decide. SOME, not ALL the guys, need to improve their customer service skills. No idea if they like their job, if they don’t, we need that respect for sure. It was a bald old guy using 👓 glasses. Sorry guys it was really frustrating you were not open to serve people AT ALL. You are not stars guys you are workers as most of customer here we are. If you 👩🦲 are an expert you need humility, good customer skills, that is a good couple for a salesperson. The rest of you were nice guys! Thank you. If you want the nicest one, Go for Mark, (the man in the picture) he has good skills, and humility to inform and serve people. Go #guitarCenter. You’re the best. And we need you as survivors. Too much people is closing doors, but we hope you don’t, and you please stay alive for us. Go Mark! We appreciate your kindness and shared knowledge with humility. What can you say that haven't been said about this place? The heaven for every guitar player and musician on the planet. Virtually infinite selection of guitars, drums and other instruments. A gift shop and so much more. And above all - the awe inspiring notion seeing all these vintage guitars signed by legendary musicians around you. A must visit in Los Angeles!

An awesome guitar store first and foremost, with among the best selection of guitars, if not the largest stock I’ve seen in one store! This place seems to set the standard for guitar showrooms. Electric guitars galore line the walls like a museum. Acoustic guitars as well, in a separate room in the back. With the Rockwalk collection of imprints out front, along with memorabilia and tributes to legends of music, this is no ordinary music store! The drum selection was modest, and of good quality for what was available. They have a good selection of drum heads, pedals, cymbals and sticks. Not to mention their neighbor next door. It’s also a good store for both wired and wireless microphones, amps and speakers. Parking is in the rear of the store, with an access ramp to wheel, rock and roll! Street parking is available at metered spaces along Sunset Blvd. or the first block of N Gardner St. or the first block of N Vista St. I stepped out front recently to view the Rockwalk imprints. Right at that exact moment, a large tour bus was pausing with excited passengers, as they were taking pictures with me there. I felt like a rock star!

Yes, there is a line and you have to ask before touching instruments now so they can disinfect them but other than that it's business as usual.
If you used a debit or credit card they should be able to look up your purchase. I would recommend going into the store or calling them for more info.

I actually have one, except its not black. Its a great greater for the money. Defintletly have it set up by a luthier so you can get the nest out of it
