I like this store. They have many options and staff are wonderful!!!

It is like Disneyland for those who love music, but better. Perfect to try instruments and get to know what has been in the market.

Easily the worst guitar center ever. I always try to give them a chance. But I end up getting frustrated and go to other locations that are better staffed and aren’t lazy. There were a few people waiting to pay, including myself, and the only guy there didn’t acknowledge any of us. Just wanted to help 1 client. And when I asked if there was anyone else, he said no and continued to ignore us. A guy put an item back and left. I left as well. As someone who has worked in music instrument stores, customer service and being able to multitask was important and vital for a positive impression for the customers. The employees of this store need training in customer service and knowledge in all departments to be ready for any situation. Honestly, this is very disappointing and can’t believe this is a problem for this business.

This is THE spot to check out pro music gear in West LA. With the current chip shortage and supply chain issues, they might not have every model in stock and on display, like they used to, but if they have the item you're interested in, you can play it, buy it, and in most cases, get it shipped free to your home/studio. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Now that online sales channels charge sales tax, there's no reason not to buy from your local "brick and mortar" retailer, and many advantages to it.

Giant! Several floors full of instruments !!!
They are closed now. You should call the store directly once they open.
they can probably send it out or have someone in-house depending on what the issue is. But personally I would contact the manufacturer see what their recommendations are.
Yes you can
Not up on that, maybe look for comparable on ebay etc?
I don't recall seeing GC deal with Rickenbaker merchandise...I think they are exclusive to outlets
WLA GC has a really great Guitar Tech named Michael. If he doesn't think they can fix it, he'll tell you. Call him.
I believe that if they have it
