I hate leaving "one star" but a "zero star" rating will not allow me to leave a review. Any user of UPS at 2300 Boswell Ct... beware. Thieves work here. UPS delivers...just not from 2300 Boswell Ct. Put a tracking device ( not just a tracking #) in your package if you have no choice but to use this particular center. The first 2 Radio Flyer wagons that I ordered made it to 2300 Boswell Ct but were then labeled as "lost". No accountability. Period. Three months and 3 Radio Flyer wagons later, my package (with a hidden tracking device) was finally delivered. You've been warned. The response from the owner is a typical form letter response. I used public media instead of private messaging because the public needs to know what type of business you are running. Einstein...I won't be returning to this UPS ever again. There are other places to do business with. Places with integrity.

This carrier is unable to deliver to my address multiple times. I've confirmed my address with Amazon and USPS and Fed ex and Ontrac. UPS is the only carrier in which they have trouble delivering to our new home construction in Cota Vera 91913. The address shows up on google maps...what do you mean it is undeliverable? Whoever was the woman working customer service at the front @ 11:45am on 03/15/22. Was just rude. I tried explaining my issue and she kept making rude comments and making me feel embarrassed in front of customers on how she was making my issue public for everyone to hear. Honestly train your team to act like humans and have some compassion before speaking.

Horrible delivery experience. Did not deliver package and just kept getting information that package is delayed even though the delivery date was set. Each day it was set to be delivered, the package never arrived, just kept getting pushed to the next day. Was finally able to contact customer service only to be told we have to pay a $7.99 fee for us to pick it up. Ridiculous, we do the work and we have to pay additional fees! Terrible company! Confirmed with the pickup location that these are new fees imposed by the company. I guess people need to paying shipping fees twice even though packages aren’t being delivered! 0 stars!
