Some unprofessional security, and assistance manager work here. Aggressively tired to start a physical fight with me getting closer and closer inside and out side the store only because in his little mind believes im harassing the employees after security accused me of taking merchandise into the bathroom, but I told her what merch twice is not me that's going to steal form you then she flips me off, and I responded again with " up yours" , "and choke on it" then continues to flip me off. I wonder if they drug test here before hiring.🤔 is looking like the ghetto in Burlington.

So apparently Debbie gets to control who uses what bathroom. There is no family restroom so my husband decided it was best judgement to change our daughter in the women’s which is exactly what I would’ve wanted and she told him to leave the bathroom and when I confronted her she told me it wasn’t fair to other women for him to change our daughter at the baby changing station. Im assuming she doesn’t know that by law you may use any restroom. Don’t go here the selection was slim anyways.

I've always liked coming to this store, they have good quality things at decent prices. Today, being the one day that I needed them to come through for me, they didn't. I had a blue shaggy rug that I bought from my 5-year-old son's room. He didn't like it, it was so soft it was almost slippery. I came to return it with no receipt and no tags, hoping that they could just look up the item number or something and find it. Manager told me no, they needed a tag a receipt. I told the manager if I went to the back and found the same one, would she be able to return it, she said yes. She told the cashier had to even be the exact same color. I was a little discouraged at the time because I figured what are my chances of finding it the exact color when I bought it it was actually the only one. I went back anyway to look, lo and behold, there were three that were the exact same ones and same color as the one I purchased. I took it back to the register and when they looked it up they couldn't find it in my cad transactions. I must have paid cash that day, which is not like me, and so for that reason they wouldn't return it. I was definitely disappointed because it's $30 that's not coming out of their pockets and I did what they asked me to do, yet that wasn't enough so now I'm stuck with this rug and have absolutely no use for it.

Of course it's a clothes store with other products like shampoo,toys, baby products, home products and a lot more. Came here with my wife to get clothes and saw some useful stuff. I would come here again(not by choice if you know why)but its got its usefulness.
