Bread is nothing special and I've tasted it numerous times at different hotels and restaurants. BASIC bread and Sadie Rose coincide with each other in every way imaginable

They don't sell naan only a focaccia based flat bread and yes it is vegan.
If the rolls or buns are par-baked (still a bit doughey / slightly baked) then basically 4-5 min. @ 400 deg. .
