Camp Pendleton Pass And ID Center

Today marks the 4th time i got turned away. Twice because the line was too long they couldn't get to me when i arrived at 7 both times. didn't realize getting absolutely necessary IDs was akin too people camping outside of stores to get an exclusive product early. On top of that when i finally had to make my 2 year old daughter at the crack of dawn I got turned away twice because everyone who works there has no idea what i need to get my daughter all ready enrolled in the system her ID. Now i have to go back to this dumpster fire of a building to tell them what they need for my ID because I had to do the research myself.

1 star is far too generous for this place. I came here as a walk in at 0800, they told me an hour and a half at most until I'll receive a phone call to be helped. I waited 5 hours! After 4 hours they said they " Just started calling people back in to be helped", and that I should receive a call within 20 min. Another hour goes by and I'm still waiting. I don't understand how this place is functioning but it is terrible. Any DMV in the country is literally better than this garbage place.

Absolute trash can of a place. The dumpster fire of Camp Pendleton, not only does is take “Capacity” after 6 people. But it will completely shut down the line. these people have zero clue about anything other then the paycheck my taxes pay for and I couldn’t be any more displeased. Wish I could get behind the counter myself and push people through, how hard is it to take a picture update the system and move on? Outstandingly bad

Wow, if i could give these folks a -ZERO I would. I called asking for directions and very rude guy answered and tried to hang up on me, I asked to speak to someone else and he said this @#$%$ women is asking a lot of "F@#$ questions. They've changed the location several times and there's several addresses that came up on the GPS. Unbelievable that they have these kind of rude people representing the Government...
