I put some works scrubs for my husband on our personal credit card. I was supposed to put them on his work credit card to be reimbursed. We went back to ask them to reverse the charges on the personal card and recharge on the company card so we could get reimbursed. They would NOT DO IT. I asked manager to call the owner and explain the situation. She said No the owner would not budge! Not a lot to ask- not returning anything! Planned to buy a lot more scrubs in the future. VERY VERY INFLEXIBLE AND SELFISH. Not customer oriented at all. I will never shop there again and suggest you don’t either! Im all for supporting small business but you gotta at least try Kelly! !

I went back to love scrubs with an issue and Jasmine was AMAZING she took my merchandise back and told me it would be arriving Wednesday-Friday she was very helpful and kind she not only took the time to see my problem at hand but she fixed it right away I will be recommending this store to the rest of my hospital community thanks amillion you made my day 🙂

They will not exchange scrubs you recently purchased. They ripped my tag off so that I wouldn't be able to exchange it. My scrubs were in mint condition (only tried once).

They have a great selection of scrubs here. I’m 5’9 and finding pants long enough for my legs can be difficult. Luckily they have a whole section that is dedicated to us tall ladies! Thank you!
