I came in to return a package and wasn’t sure if I should use the company’s return label or pay for it myself. The owner price checked it for me and saved me $100! He even taped up my box for free 😌 Great customer service.

Accessibility: unfortunately there isn't accessible parking right in front of the store; there are usually lots of empty parking spots but someone could come park next to you at any time so that wouldn't work if you need extra space to get in and out of a vehicle. There also isn't a ramp to get up to the sidewalk right in front of this store but there is one farther down in front of another store. To get into the store it is a pull door, but once you go inside it is very small and narrow so maybe not great for wheelchairs. Experience: I have been here a few times to print things and make copies of keys but this is one of my less favorite stores. The man who owns or runs this store is very direct in his communication but to the point of abruptness/rudeness. Sometimes it feels like he is talking down to you and he will say things like "I did all this work for you so it's going to cost extra," as if resizing an image to be printed (which takes one single minute) is insanely hard (it is not). But considering all this, it is cheap to print things, make copies of keys, get a passport photo taken, get cards and packaging so it gets the job done when you really need it.
