I could agree if I could leave 0 I would this place is terrible, I visited this location the first time thinking alright their having a bad day totally understandable but when I visited this location couple times more for months on end for packages to send over, endless amount of times unacceptable behavior and disgusting customer service, if you want to visit here expect it to be exactly like the dmv and do not be attended by Yogesh and the old lady behind the counter, take this as you will

Needed a quick drop off with a QR code. Had never gone through the process before and wasn’t sure if I was to tape up the box (when going through UPS, it is asked to NOT tape up). Got to the counter and was told I needed to tape the box while being summarily dismissed. I was happy to buy some tape to tape it myself but there wasn’t any tape or ANY packaging supplies available! So now I have to drive all the way back home to put one piece of tape on my box bc there’s no option to buy tape or have the box taped for me. What a waste of time and lack of consideration for the customer.

I was super excited to see my package was delivered.... only to learn it was put in a parcel locker. No big deal, right? Well, there was no key in my mailbox. I tried calling for help and no one answered. It all stays automated. I don't know why it was put in a parcel locker in the first place as plenty of packages have been dropped on my doorstep with no problem. I'm giving two starts because I still have some hope that maybe I can get my package by leaving a note about the problem and the contents won't be ruined from heat. 😭 They're cake toppers, so maybe.... but maybe not. Update: So yay! On the day I posted this I tried reaching out through their email customer service, and thankfully everything was resolved on the same day! Still have to knock one star just because what happened can't be ignored, but I really appreciate the quick action that too place to resolve this issue, and thankfully the cake toppers were just fine. If you have issues DO NOT TRY TO CALL! Honestly the phone service is less than helpful, but going through the USPS website and through email customer service works MUCH better.

Sometimes I think people want to take their frustration out on the USPS, as they are an easy target. This has been our Post Office for over 20 years and I have always received friendly and good service from them. That also applies to our postal carriers. I wish all companies were as good when it comes to providing a service. Thanks to all the people who work there!😊
