I was reading the comments and while i agree with the fact that it’s inconvenient not to have 24/7 to our P.O. Boxes i have not one negative comment about these guys, its been a couple of times in which they literally have gone out of their way to help me. Thank you to all the people that work at the mission location.

They shut the bin drop off inside this USPS site, for over a month, and now have you put any prepaid packages on a counter. 2 of my packages went missing last week and it is apparent people are just picking them up and walking off with them. These were ecommerce jewelry that I sell and lost a great deal of money that week. USPS postal insurance is worthless, they never honor the claims. They need to open the bin back up so our packages are secure. Don't get me started on how horrid my delivery guy is. He will never pickup my packages going out and is a true mysgnostic towards women.

The people are so dedicated and professional here. They work very long hours and are still friendly and polite. They deliver packages every day, even on Sundays. It's called the extra mile. If you get a chance, let them know that you appreciate them. They rarely get a thank you.

Like so many others, received a note in my mailbox around the corner stating that a delivery was attempted but no one was home. I made it a point to be at home the day the tracking said the package would be delivered since I would need to sign fo it. There was actually 3 people and three dogs here we would know if someone came to the door. The note left in the box was the type they would stick on your door when delivery was attempted, sticky on the top, so obviously the mail person never came to my door. From now on I request fed-ex or ups deliveries , I won't order from companies that use USPS. .

They lock the secure bins because there was male being stolen from them previously. My suggestion would be if you had a package I would put in the overnight outgoing slot so that actually goes to the other side of the wall so that no one has access to it other than postal employees. It's a real bummer about your packages.

Most likely they couldn't deliver it properly eventhough its in there job description because it was most likely too heavy or packaging was to big. Just fyi happened to me . If they attempted to deliver they should of left a pink slip in the mailbox.
