Horrible customer service. Incompetent manager, Michael. We called ahead of time to check the availability of product. Mchael, the manager said they have one. We drove 25 miles and Michael brought it down from the shelf, and handed it to us. Since it was a large heavy box, we asked the 2 people standing there, Michael and a Cashier to hold the box while we look for more items to purchase. After 10 minutes with our other merchandize in hand we came up to where we left the box for them to watch (by cashier), the manager said, oh I sold it to someone else. We had seen the man who bought it asking the cashier, "this is nice! do you have another one i can buy?" Michael had the nerve to lie and say this man 30 minutes ago put it on hold, when this man entered store with us. The lies changed to some bizarre other excuses. As a manager, Michael is most incompetent!

Nice store. I needed steel toed shoes. Got help from an employee but it was difficult to tell what shoes where steel toed. There paper woek was wrong so not helpful. He had to go and sent another employee. Just when i was about to give up finding the correct size he came out with 2 pair he found. I bought the first one I tried on. Check out seemed a bit slow also and only one person before me. Not a bad store. Lots of goods to look at.

I buy 90% of my kids baseball gear here. Prices are great with coupons that I get in my email. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. I hate that there is only 1 dressing room. But that's minor.
