if you enjoy being financially screwed by a big corporation, then Cox is the place for you. Their cable and internet are spotty for coverage at best. Definitely over priced.

I shared with Ben (the sales representative for this location) that I had had AT&T as my internet provider in the past. Ben assured me if I came by and picked up the boxes I could set it all up myself and he would be as gracious as to demonstrate how when I came into the store. I drive to the store and Ben is attending other clients. No problem I understand that, the two ladies at the front just gave me the boxes and did not explain anything. I get home and it turns out I need a technician to set up cables. I am now without anything until this tech can arrive. There is even a fee for the technician. Overall I’m not happy with the service displayed here. These “customer service” employees should learn to be transparent and honest. Beware of Cox.

Cox will monitor your bandwidth usage and intentionally throttle it during your peak usage times just to coax an upgrade or preferred package. They are terrible at their business ethics. It's legal to throttle us. But it's extremely poor business ethics to deliberately mislead people into purchasing more and more when their current package is supposed to be running without issue. We are switching to verizon because cox can't be trusted. Verizon has a partnership with them, which I'm sure is in their benefit either way. Do yourself a favor and go straight to verizon. ✌🙏

Service is better here than on the phone. I pay for Home Service and shouldn't have had to go here. But, the Rep on the phone was clueless about the problem with My Cable Box. I was told by a Technician who came to My house that the Cable Box was New when he replaced it just 2 weeks prior. Per this Store, it was far from New. I received a New Cable Box and it was easy and fast to install. They said if I had any problems to call Them and They would help Me with it. Nice people and Service here. Thank you 😊
