You need too call Cox Cable directly. They'll tell you what to do.
If your remote is not working the box has a problem the remote goes with each BOX go to Cox Solution. Tell them about it thay will give you another to put up. Then put the old one back in the box then tack it back. I did all of mine. .
GO TO the Solution Store
Go back to the COX store and they can help you with that.
