***Don't Rent Here*** I have rented at this location since 2018 when it was Storage West. Bought out now by CubeSmart - who immediately raised rents 40% without notice. The building is now infested by rats/mice which have damaged my business supplies (yes management knows about it). They have it rigged that you have to pay a $2 "convenience" fee to even pay your bill - and you have to pay by credit card. It's junk. Looking to move out asap.

Because of the horrible nice problem, I have been taking a nutrition break between storage and the ampm. Since todaywas warm, I decided to move into the shade with my meal. Out where the code box is. No sooner than I got comfortable, Manny comes out and tells me I can't do this, and I have to get off the property. I told him I rent there and don't take food in. He was stern as ithis is unfortunately how it is. Iased for his managers number and he offered the email or meet another on monday Hopefully I can get along orth the new company.

New owners - immediately raised prices. Make it cumbersome to pay bill - want to charge a fee to pay bill on time. No thanks. I'd rather throw my stuff away than pay them anymore money.

If you need to talk to someone in the office we are available from 9am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday. If you are a current Community Member and you need to access your unit the gate hours are 7am to 7pm every day of the year.
