We have been going back and forth trying to get power to our house. After a full month the planner finally had his plans complete and submitted for someone to check. It appears that there is no rush to get this done as we are still waiting. If there was another power company that could supply us with power I would do it asap and would advise others to do the same. This is the only obstacle standing in the way of getting into my new home and it more than frustrating

Why can't we keep the power on. I lived in Arkansas and they had snow storms and tornadoes and the power went off less than it does here. Utilities in California are a joke, either they cause massive fires or can work consistently.

Horrible customer service horrible policies backed by the fact that they have no competition. It would seem to make this a monopoly. These people are the worst customer service has to offer. They belong in prison not providing power with no one to compete with. Communists

This Edison facility is for Planning and New Meter Sets. It doesn't handle questions about your electricity bill.

Call the 1-800 number on your bill and tell them you want to upgrade your panel. They should be able to help you or redirect you to the proper planner to help to

No you can't. There's authorized payment agencies in every area based on zip code that you can take your bill in and pay. They aren't Edison employees, so they can't answer any bill questions, just receive payments.
I think calling the 800# on your bill would probably be the easiest and quickest way to get a question answered
